Dylan and Valora Windling Go Greek
Cerebrus did not deal well with his brother's death. He promptly went into aspirational failure as soon as I went to play college. As none of the rest of his siblings were Family, to my increasing frustration, no one else really seemed to care.

"Blub, blub, blub..."

"Gosh, and people think I'm weird for wearing a llama suit."
Soon after that I started working on getting a new member for the Greek House, Damon's brother Dylan, who I took to a park downtown to enjoy the last few warm days before winter set in.

"Isn't playing at the park more of a kids thing?"
Here Dylan and Cael began to build up a relationship by the pond.

"I'm just saying that maybe family should be a little before money that's all. Just a little!"
Once the scoring was maxed, kids or not, they headed straight for the swings.

"Wheee!"
They started pushing each other on the swings and what not. Which required a lot more shuffling around then was strictly necessary, I thought.

"Push me higher!"

"Oof, you're heavy."
Then Gertrude and Cerebrus sat down to a game of chess.

"Beat an opening move like that!"
Once the sun set I had Chloe light the bonfire. Her brothers immediately started to dance around it.

"Just don't step on my feet, bro."
Once they got back I had them immediately start Valora's pledge period. I also had them blow bubbles for a bit as a lot of them needed their fun and social upped before they could move on to other things. Who would have thought an outing would drag that down?

"Holy cow! Speaking of cows, do you think he realises who is at the next blower over?"
Valora was soon pledged in to the Greek House.

"I'm thinking... Londoste."
This restaurant sort of lives in infamy in my legacy as this is where most of my heirs take their potential spouses on dates. Or at least the next two do. It's a really nice restaurant, actually.

"I love the ambiance here."
Plus it actually has a table that seats all eight together.

"What a nice change of pace!"
Once I left them to their own thing they all headed outside to play at the dart boards. Except there was too many of them and they kept get in each others way and canceling stuff out of each others queue, so they just spent the rest of the outing shuffling around and smiling at each other in the dark.

"I can't do anything so I'll just stand here and do nothing."
I had Chloe do the buy/sell method of earning §100,000 at college so that I could get the point before I re-rolled her. I was hoping I would be able to re-roll some of these kids to Family aspiration so I had more of a choice in heir. All of the other kids had developed a bit of a personality and style, while Cerebrus was just the guy in the blue t-shirt.

"Here's hoping I'm heir."
Cassandra I had given up hope on. I had re-rolled her and she had stayed a Romance Sim. So she was not going to be heir.

"Oh well, guess it's the downtown life for me."
Gertrude I had also graduated. I had her earn §100,000 first thing.

"Wow, that was fast."
Soon after the twins finally became teens. It seems like they were children forever! In a sick cosmic twist of a joke I rolled Family. For both of them. Ugh.

"We love..."

"...the little children."
Right after that I moved Gertrude out of there.

"Things are starting to get creepy in this house."
Points Earned: One point for Chloe earning §100,000. One point for Gertrude earning §100,000.
Points Lost: One point for College Penalty (Gomez, Karna, Chuku, Cassandra, Gertrude).

Hey, great update ^^ I like Gertude's new outfit, Gertude is really...pretty! (: I have been meaning to ask ya, where did you get the nursery set from? Ya know, your cribs and changing tables...I want them :K And do you let your sims be autonomous or do you set free will to off. Because how do they get to do what they want on community lots...or am I missing something...):
Thanks for telling me about the homework book recolors. It looks a lot better, than plain red or blue. =.=
And your story that you're going to write after you do a bit more on the ISBI challenge...will it be like Jen's Franchesca Diaries or like Mao's Knock it Down? I'm curious...:D Can't wait!

Cool! I love Chloe, it's the hair, she is my favorite of the- let me get this right, hehe- 5th generation 2nd bloodline biological children! But I think that Cerebrus did indeed end up as heir... ;) And I agree with Melanie, I like Gertrude a lot, she developed such a cool style! And I'm hoping Dylan is heir, Damon is a lot uglier. (Sorry!)

Melanie - The nursery set is here. I always set free will to off, except for outings once the score is maxed, since I figure they deserve to have a little fun. As for the story, if you have read the stories I wrote for the Little Miss Sunshine competition then you know a bit about what it's going to be about.
Josh - Yeah, the portraits kinda give away the heir don't they? I don't blame you for not liking Damon, he looks a little better as an adult but ultimately I don't think he's heir material.
