Orion Windling Gets Abducted
With Chloe and Cupid recently sent off to college the house only held Amalthea, Jessie, their youngest son Cupid, Mercury, Branwen, Orion and their son Dylan who was now a child.
"Time to finish earning skill scholarships!"
Meanwhile Cupid finally earned all of his scholarships and was ready to head out to college.
"To spread the message of love."
Off at college Gomez seemed to be having problems with his homework.
"Hey, Alvin, do you happen to know how to do this?" "Please, I'm nearly a senior! Like I remember what I did back in my sophmore year, I can barely remember last semester!"
"Oh, ok. Um, little brother? Any help?" "Dude, I'm only a freshman, I barely understand what I got!"
I then pledged in Chuku before heading back to the main lot.
"Om nom nom nom."
Back at the main house, Branwen gave birth to her second and last child. Another son that I named Damon. It's twisted, but, as different as these two look I get them confused. Regularly. I'll try and keep them straight on the blog for you guys though.
"Aw, isn't Dylan, er- I mean, Damon so cute?"
Another Saturday rolls around. And, it looks like Randy graduated and came home to work on earning §100,000 and to try and be abducted by aliens.
First bloodline, sixth generation: from left to right are Mercury, Amalthea, Orion holding baby Damon, Dylan, Branwen, Jessie and Randy.
Later that day Jessie passed on.
"I know that sound, it looks like my time has come."
Branwen seemed the most distraught to see the spouse of the other bloodline go.
"He was such a good influence on the boys."
The day after Jessie passed away little Damon became a toddler. Oh, by the way, the color for this generation is brown/purple because I don't have enough clothes in either one or the other.
"My daddy's hair. I has it."
Somewhere between that picture and this one I installed all of the expansion packs. Installing new expansion packs did not slow down the abductions in the Windling household though as one of the first things that happened with all of the EPs installed was Orion being abducted by aliens.
"Dude, the abduction is over, where are you all going?"
Since I had OFB now I decided to have Branwen cook up a little something for her husband that I'm sure he'll appreciate.
"Don't worry, earing chessecake while pregnant gives you double the happiness!"
It sure did, three days later Orion gave birth to a lovely daughter that I named Valene.
"A daughter! Finally!"
And, even though I had cleared Branwen's queue to accept the second baby Orion headed over and handed off the baby to the Roomie Randy instead. The second daughter I named Valora.
"Two daughters?"
The only difference between the two is that Valora has Orion's blue eyes while Valene has alien eyes. Also at this point I installed custom skin replacements for my aliens, vampires and...
"...zombies!"
Not long after the twins' birth Dylan became a teenager and I rolled family.
"Nothing like a huge family of 500+ Windlings to make a guy happy!"
Meanwhile Randy finally managed to earn §100,000.
"Total fulfillment."
So I had him move on out, as there were still others at college that needed to move on through.
"Later dudes."
Orion also managed to finally reach his Lifetime Want of having 20 Best Friends.
"Can you hear me now? Good!"
Finally the twins became toddlers. For some reason I only got a close up shot of one of them. So I have what's in the picture times two, okay? I have two of this:
"I can has green milk now?"
Points Earned: Two points for Amalthea and Jessie sending ten kids to college. One point for Randy earning §100,000. Two points for two alien births (Valene and Valora). Half a point for Jessie leaving a Platinum Grave. Cupid earned half a point in scholarships.

Coolness. Mercury looks really scary with the Enayla skin, but I do love the alien ones. I do wonder who you have chose as the heir- Dylan or Damon? I like Damon, red hair rocks. Although they both have Martin's pencil nose.

Hey, awesome update. And TWIN aliens, gosh. I haven't had one alien birth yet (though technically I don't want to try until my second generation reaches adult) and you have had a gazilion. LUCKY. Dylan actually looks pretty cool as a teen, the nose isn't really THAT noticeable. ^^ Yeah, I agree with Josh about the skin though. Mercury looks freaky...and the aliens look even more alienlike ^^ I love your updates!

I agree, I was really freaked out by Mercury's skin at first. His blue skin went so well with his blue eyes! But, the skin has grown on me and I figure, after eight generations (if you count both bloodlines) that he's been alive he probably has started decaying a bit by now. :D
I'm not going to give away who the heir is just yet. I have chosen, just want it to be a surprise. :P I might let you guys pick second bloodline's heir if there is more than one choice.
Thanks for the nice comments, I have found that having one abduction often leads to more, it really snowballs after awhile. That and I have everyone eligible to be abducted (that would get me some form of pointage in doing so) stargaze every night between 7PM and 4AM. I'm really crazy about it and stick to it across the generations which is why I think I ended up with so many.

Wow, I looked at Damon's Pop-up, and I think he looked pretty cute!
Maybe because it's from the side, oh well.
