Achilles Windling Gets Abducted... Twice
My heir Nimue and her husband Martin were working on painting in their spare time and their friend base respectively. Roomie Kennedy was working on earning §100,000 while Achilles was working on his friend base, by night the both of them spent their nights stargazing along with Aeolus. Mercury of course spent his days and nights working on novels. Ophelia was no longer a member of the household, obviously, in fact that night she went back to the spot where she died to mourn her death.

*sobs*
The next day I had a new house member move in, Ajax, who had just graduated. At college I had him change his aspiration to Knowledge. So I was gong to have him work on maxing his skills, while stargazing at night.

"With a face like mine you better hope I'm not abducted."
Not like any of the alternatives were any better.

"What? If you've got something to say just say it."
Aeolus meanwhile had managed to work his way to the top of his career, so he was now Perma-Plat. Which was great, now I could have him paint during the day and stargaze at night and make free use of the energizer in between.

"What? Wait a minute! I just got here and now you want me to quit?"
That night I finally got an abduction. I only had five males stargazing non-stop for most of their lives.

"Oh no, I can't look! Thank goodness it wasn't me."
Nope, it was Achilles.

"I just hope this doesn't damage any of my friendships."
The next day Ajax managed to finish maxing out his skills.

"Can I finish working on my lifetime want now?"
You may have been thinking what I was thinking at the time, why were neither of the Knowledge Sim brothers abducted? Why my Popularity Sim that actually had a life, sorta? Well, the space suit might have something to with it. Achilles came home from work as an astronaut only to suffer from some severe morning sickness. An alien baby was on the way. I decided to have Aeolus move out so my other males could continue stargazing.

"This is so disgusting."
Another Saturday rolls around!

First Bloodline, Fifth Generation: From left to right are Martin, Nimue, Achilles, Mercury, Ajax and Kennedy.
Later that day Achilles gave birth to a bouncing baby boy that I named Vishnu.

"Thank goodness, he doesn't seem to have my nose."
Meanwhile my heir finally age transitioned into an elder. I told you this generation went by fast.

"Now, where's my easel?"
It wasn't long before I finally had Ajax complete his LTW so I didn't have to worry about him half as much anymore.

"Let me guess, back to the telescope, right?"
Achilles achieved his LTW the same day. Which was nice. Now I could leave the second bloodline men to their stagazing and concentrate more on my heir and her spouse, and Kennedy and the baby of course.

"I can't believe she's making me quit after I've come all this way."
Soon Vishnu was an adorable toddler, with pointy little ears and cute pudgy cheeks.

"Invisible laptop."
Vishnu wasn't the only one growing up. It was now time for Martin to follow his wife Nimue into elderhood.

"But, there's still phone calls to make and friendships to maintain."
Here is little Vishnu being tucked in by Mercury who is such a good nanny.

"I can has nap now, plz?"
Somewhere around this time something very scary happened and I nearly ended my legacy. I thought I had paused my game and went to browse BoolProp and spent I'd guess about 15 minutes on there. When I flipped back to my game it was to find that it was nearly noon in the game when I had last played at about 3AM. Everyone was standing around outside save for the toddler who was sitting in front of his crib that he had apparently broken out of. I play with free will off and it was obvious that they had all been standing there for some time and several were on the brink of death with puddles all about their feet from wetting themselves. I put down several energizers and got them all into them save for one elder, Martin I think, that I risked running across the lot to scoop up the toddler and take care of his needs. I didn't lose the toddler or any one else on the lot but it was a close thing! The reason they were all standing out front? That's right, another abduction. Achilles had managed to be abducted by aliens once again. And, of course, in my panic I got no pictures of the event. I figured that if things went poorly I could just take a picture of the tombstones and post "here ends this legacy". I wasn't thinking about what would happen if I managed to save everyone. I'm such a pessimist.
Continuing on: Even though Martin had a friend base to keep his social up, Nimue had long since allowed hers to dissolve. This meant that Martin was pretty much her only means of upping her social most nights. But, he was happy to oblige.

"Anything for you, babe."
Before I knew it Vishnu was already a child.

"Finally, I can take care of myself, now!"
Kennedy managed to reach the top of his career. It would now be much easier to take care of him and now I could concentrate more on his impossible want.

"Hey, as long as I'm making money, I'm happy."
And, finally, one more Saturday.

First Bloodline, Fifth Generation: From left to right, across the back are Ajax, Mercury and Kennedy, across the middle are Nimue and Martin, in front of them is Achilles and in front of him is Vishnu.
Points Earned: One point for alien birth (Vishnu). One point for Ajax maxing his skills.

I love how you keep naming your alien kids with the letter 'V', and are so consistent with it! All three of my alien babies were born in Gen 3, so their names start with the same letter only because of that. (I'm using an alphabet naming scheme.) Where is the name Vishnu from, isn't that the name of the goddess of destruction in Indian mythology? (I know I've heard it before!) Scary thing! That happened to me once, I went to buy Chinese food, I returned, and (even though free will was on, Sim autonomy sucks!) most of them were dying, and the kids were on the brink of failing school, and all had low social! Scary! Great update!

That is scary, at least your legacy survived it though, that's the important thing! Yes, Vishnu is from Indian mythology, according to the naming site I get these names from:
"Vishnu: Probably means "all-pervasive" in Sanskrit. The Hindu god Vishnu is the protector and preserver of the universe, usually depicted as four-armed and blue-skinned. By some Hindus he is regarded as the supreme god."
