The Cromberg
The Cromberg is my first attempt at a Dutch Colonial since The Carlton and I must say that I love the Pets individualroofslopeangle cheat! It really captured the style much better. I tried to make it a less girly more manly home. I really did. It didn't end up working out. But, it still looks very nice nonetheless. The Cromberg is a far east themed home in shades of brown and green with yellow and red as accent colors. It's a three bedroom, four bathroom home that sleeps four currently but the kids rooms have double beds that could easily be arranged to accomodate multiple singles and there are additional potential bedrooms lurking in the basement. I did a lot of experimenting with this house and even though I did a lot of playtesting I might have missed something, if anything doesn't work please let me know and I'll fix it right away.
For giggles the original description used to sell this house plan in the 1920's (that only has loose bearing on the house that I built):
A Dutch Colonial home redolent with all the comfort and dignity of its style. Telephone cabinet, kitchen cabinet and medicine cabinet are designated in the floor plan.
