Forest & Farm

Filed under Downloads > Avatars on April 26, 2007

So there is a forest that I built in my game that I use anytime I need a forest background, I used it in this desktop and this one. It is also Alithiel's forest of NeverNever. I was bored today and got distracted from what I was supposed to be doing in the forest and just started going around and taking random screenshots of it. This is the result:

For Alithiel's most recent round I downloaded a farm. I ended up adding on to it in a lot of ways and here are some random pictures of that:

Those pictures are very real life. Or better, fantasy-life. How do you get the light to be so diffused through the trees?

I used the Gobo-a-Go-Go Spotlighter and/or the Shadow Streamer, they are the club lights that came with Nightlife. Had to watch how I framed the shot as sunlight looks much less realistic when it is seen to be coming from a box. :D

I really like your pictures they look so real. What are your computer specs all your pictures look good. I also have a question when are you going to do an update about your legacy family, I miss them?

I have a Nvidia GeForce 6600 with 256MB onboard RAM.

I'm not sure what I'm going to do about my legacy. I ended up caving and installing all the EPs and SPs. So it's not a University legacy anymore.

I finally figured I would just play like I've always been playing and finish. I'm on sixth generation, first bloodline. Over halfway through.

Now I just need to find my notes and pick up blogging where I left off!
