Daphne
This is my first attempt at a pre-fab modern home. It's quintessential starter because, unlike other starters I've done, it dosen't expand very easily, and it is designed for only one or two Sims. Daphne is a fully furnished one bedroom, one and a half bathroom home with a large wrap around deck and space for a driveway.

I like it. . .It's different. And that's what I like about it. I'm sure I could find some way to expand it. :) Good job. I love seeing people do things out of the ordinary. I'll download it!
