Adelle
Adelle is the first of several entries into my new starter homes category. I was going to call it Bitsy's Bodacious Beginner Bungalows category, but the name turned out to be too long. Adelle is loosely based off of a Craftsman Homes houseplan for a Summer Bungalow. Only Craftsman, who believes that four and six bedroom homes only need one bathroom, also believes that summer homes don't need any bathrooms at all. I'm not kidding, I came across no less then eight different house plans with no bathroom in sight. I had just downed two cups of tea back to back at the the time so the prospect was doubly horrifying for me. I think that they assumed there was an outhouse on the premises. To make a long story short my version comes with a bathroom (inside), space for a driveway, and is also completely furnished, for under 20k.
